Oxford1_178.jpgAlthough there's no such thing as the most beautiful photo, you may say, all photos I've made are in some ways beautiful, I challenge you to think of a photo you are proud of, you like very much, one that reminds you of a pleasant time you had or an experience you won't forget. In some words describe it, what was going on when it was taken and motivate why you chose it. Invite readers to speak of such experiences they may have themselves.

Eg. I took this photo this summer (2010) during my stay in England while on our way to Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace. I think British country-side is the most unique type of contry side I've ever seen and I think Britain is not London but its countryside. It was springtime and everything was green and tulips were in bloom. Everything was fresh green and the thached houses made you expect a Robin Hood to appear around the corner. I admired the special care and even veneration the British have for preserving their specific architecture, their way of linking places with legends and thier exceptionally British humour (difficult to understand sometimes, though) This photo is also special for me because it will remind me of a very special time I spent in Oxford and also about a very tiresome journey by coach!!!! to England. It was the time of the Icelandic volcano eruptions when all the flights were cancelled and the European airspace was closed. I will never forget those hectic times.
Do you have such a photo which is in some way special to you?

2. In the same post I'd like you to find a photo (preferably one made by yourself, but not necessarily) and challenge the visitors to your blog to guess what it represents.

Eg. Can you guess what this photo symbolizes and where it was taken? The book is really stuck on the bench!Oxford_048.jpg

Now it's your turn to do the same. Don't forget to invite comments.
